Our company possesses advanced flange and pipe fitting production lines and consummate techniques, such as forging, forging & pressing, intermediate frequency pushing, machine processing, cold formation, heat extrusion and treatment. We have the capability for chemical analysis, metallographic test, physical test, and nondestructive detection. We can produce different specifications of high, medium, and low pressure pipe fittings (flanges, elbows, T-joints, convergent pipes, pipe caps, big elbows, socket joints) which are made of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel according to national and international standards. Our annual production capability is over 20,000 tons.Moreover, our company holds 2 hot-expanding production lines (high-frequency implicit butt weld pipe production lines for automatic intermediate-frequency high temperature anneal and 315MT hydraulic pressure straighteners for hydrostatic pressure test), and our annual production capability is more than 40,000 tons. Our hot rolled perforation cold-drawing production lines include hot rolled perforation sets, pickling and phosphating treatment machines, alternating double cores cold-drawing machines, automatic temperature-controlled revolving temper ovens, seven-roller straighteners, and vortex destructive detection devices. Our specification is Dia. 12-76mm, and executive standards are GB/T8162-1999, GB/T8163-1999, and GB/T3087-1999. Our annual production capability is over 20,000 tons.
