Our annual production capability is 8,000 metric tons of a variety of fibers and their products. Our main products include ceramic fibers with dry manufacturing process, rock wool, mineral wool, fiberglass and their products. Our aluminosilicate refractory fibers (also called ceramic fibers) and their products are manufactured with advanced technological processes and equipment. We also use light heat-resistant and thermal insulation materials. Our raw materials of coking stones (natural Jiaobaoshi) are melted at above 2000 degrees centigrade in electric furnaces and then sprayed / blown into fibrous materials by high-pressure vapor or compressed air. We produce a variety of refractory boards, plates, felts, bricks, tubes and special-shaped objects after adding an appropriate amount of adhesive to the fibers.Our aluminosilicate refractory products, such as fiberglass, mineral wool and rock wool, are manufactured through a dry process. They are characterized by low volume weight, high strength, good waterproof, high-temperature resistance, low-heat retention, low thermal conductivity, good tolerance for abrupt temperature changes, stable chemical property and excellent insulation. They can replace traditional refractory products of bricks, vermiculite and perlite as heat-preservation and thermal insulation materials for kilns, furnaces, instruments and tubes. They can save 15%-30% of energy while raising productivity and ensuring product quality. Those products are now widely used in metallurgy, machine manufacturing, electronic industry, ship-building, petrochemical industry, construction, food industry and space navigation for fire-prevention, thermal insulation, heat-preservation, sound-absorption and energy-saving. Our aluminosilicate products have been certified by such quality control organizations as CCS in China, ABS in the United States, LR in Britain, BV in France, GL and SBG in Germany and DNV in Norway. We are the sole supplier of fire-prevention and sound-absorption materials to the national scientific investigation ships of Yuanwang No. 2 and No. 3, the twin tunnel project of Shanghai Yanan Donglu and Dabashan Tunnel Project of Qinghai Province.
